Web Application Developer / Support E-mail
Job Description
  • Develop web-based applications.
  • Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems
  • Answer customer questions and concerns over the phone, or in person, either resolving the issues with the customer or referring the problem to other technical personnel.
  • Responsible for the monitoring/operation of the servers, immediate problem solving and maintaining the Service to the agreed levels.
  • Troubleshoot problems with computer systems
  • Write user manual/guide
  • Conduct training
  • Research, learn, and evaluate new software

 

Job Requirements
  • Programming skills in PHP, Javascript, etc.
  • Familiar with MySQL.
  • Good writing skill in English.
  • Helpdesk experience.
  • Understanding of web applications: webmail, online payment, online storage
  • Understanding of Internet, hosting and related technologies on http, pop3, imap, smtp, ftp, dns etc.
  • Exposed to open source and Linux
  • Able to troubleshoot online problem.
  • Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own transport
  • Responsible and Hardworking Candidate must possess at least a Professional
  • Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Programming, Computer, internet, hardware and software knowledge.
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese
  • Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
