Job Description - Develop web-based applications.
- Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems
- Answer customer questions and concerns over the phone, or in person, either resolving the issues with the customer or referring the problem to other technical personnel.
- Responsible for the monitoring/operation of the servers, immediate problem solving and maintaining the Service to the agreed levels.
- Troubleshoot problems with computer systems
- Write user manual/guide
- Conduct training
- Research, learn, and evaluate new software
Job Requirements - Programming skills in PHP, Javascript, etc.
- Familiar with MySQL.
- Good writing skill in English.
- Helpdesk experience.
- Understanding of web applications: webmail, online payment, online storage
- Understanding of Internet, hosting and related technologies on http, pop3, imap, smtp, ftp, dns etc.
- Exposed to open source and Linux
- Able to troubleshoot online problem.
- Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport
- Responsible and Hardworking Candidate must possess at least a Professional
- Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Programming, Computer, internet, hardware and software knowledge.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese
- Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
